Definitions of the terminology used within our messages to deepen your understanding of the universe.

Energy

The fundamental life force that flows through all of existence. It is the subtle vibration that connects all living things and the raw material from which reality is constructed. In our context, we focus on the cultivation of high-vibrational energy (love, gratitude, peace, wisdom) to displace lower vibrations (fear, stagnation, shame, guilt etc.).

Universe

Not merely the physical cosmos, but the collective consciousness and the infinite source of creation. It is the intelligent, benevolent field of potential that responds to the combination of your thoughts, emotions, intentions and actions.

Spirit

The eternal, unchanging essence of who you are, i.e., the blueprint of you as down-stepped from the Source. Your spirit is the spark of the divine within you that exists beyond time, space, and the physical body. It is your connection to the Source or Divine Creator.

Soul

The individual expression of Spirit experiencing life in the physical realm. When God’s spirit expresses itself through an individual person to form your unique personality (ego) by being born on Earth or any 3D/physical world, it forms your soul/higher self/consciousness. The Soul accumulates wisdom through lifetimes and experiences, carrying the unique blueprint of your journey and purpose.

Manifestation

The conscious act of bringing something into physical reality through focused intent, belief, and action. It is the process of aligning your internal state (thoughts and feelings) with the external outcome you desire.

Shadow Work

The practice of exploring the unconscious or repressed parts of oneself (the “shadow”). By bringing these hidden fears, wounds, and patterns into the light of awareness with compassion, true healing and integration occur.

Awakening

The dismantling of the illusion of separation. It is the moment you begin to build the bridge between your human experience and your spiritual truth, allowing the wisdom of the Universe to flow freely through you to connect you to the spirit of the Divine, the Most High, the Creator, and the Eternal Source of All.

When your soul, spirit and God start talking to each other, and it allows your soul consciousness to receive direct wisdom from God, relevant to you and your life purpose.

Some people are naturally endowed with spiritual gifts, but everyone can awaken to their divine truth and connection to God from within.
